Muslims and Christians United at Last

Muslims and Christians Unite Against the Perils of the Platypus

Turing, the official mascot of Purgatory.
I like platypuses (not platypi, BTW). Ever since I was a kid the duck-billed and web-footed animals from Australia had a special place in my skeptical heart.

Which, of course, makes them the perfect target for fictitious attacks by fictitious(?) religious lunatics. Because that's what real religious lunatics do. They need made up monsters/problems to fight with their made up god so that they can steal your very real freedoms as well as cash.

Another aspect of this tall tale (ie.,beaver tail) is that I wanted to write about the absurd situation where religions that have been at each other's throats for centuries can agree that they hate the same things -- albeit their level of intensity varies.

I hope you enjoy this post:  Muslims and Christians Unite Against the Perils of the Platypus

  1. Have we forgotten History? Have we forgotten how the Muslims/Christians/Jews sat together and ate together and talked together? Have we forgotten how the Christians helped us Muslims during the Prophet (saw) 's time? Have we forgotten how Allah (swt) said that we are Brothers, and to kill a Brother is to kill all of man-kind? so I support - Muslims and Christians Unite Against the Perils of the Platypus.@ Kim.
