I've loved the zombie genre since I saw Night of the Living Dead as a kid. The parallels between a zombie infection and mass delusion have only added to my enjoyment.
It's funny - I was doing a pre-interview the other day and we got up on th topic of horror. I explained my favorite movie was the Exorcist and that I loved zombie movies. Classic 70's genre.
When I think of zombies I get a vivid picture in my mind of Christians slowly walking and staring ahead, not talking as they enter their churches. Whoo - scary!
P.S. Your "prove your not a robot numbers and letters", "SUCK".
I love it Andy. Let's not forget all Christians worship what is basically a zombie...I mean Jesus does qualify as "undead" correct? Kind of makes the whole transubstantiation thing even a bit more creepy...
Now that's deservedly brutal.
ReplyDeleteThanks. I've been thinking about The Walking Dead and atheism for a while now.
