2 Kings 13: 21-22 And Healthcare

Christians don't need medical imaging.
They have Yahweh.

American Christians, you don't need health insurance.
You have God.
I'm reading through 2 Kings, and Elisha, the prophet, had died and was buried. But God still had plans for the prophet's corpse.
Elisha died and was buried. Now Moabite raiders used to enter the country every spring.  Once while some Israelites were burying a man, suddenly they saw a band of raiders; so they threw the man’s body into Elisha’s tomb. When the body touched Elisha’s bones, the man came to life and stood up on his feet. 2 Kings 13: 20-21
See? The only thing every hospital needs is the bones of a prophet. Once a patient dies the body is tossed onto the prophetic skeleton. If God really wanted that person to be alive, then he or she would come up to life and stand on his or her feet -- just like it happened in 2 Kings. Sure, every patient would have to die for this system to work, but wouldn't Christians have faith in their God to save them?

Of course there would be secular hospitals for people who want medicine. I wonder how many Christians would opt for secular healthcare as against the faith-based sort?

This is Purgatory.

  1. I would have to say that most Christians will find that they enjoy science very much when it comes to their health care. It is only when that pesky science gets in the way of their resurrecting that the problem arises!

The hypocrisy of Christianity has no limits...
